Hello February

February is always welcomed with open arms considering January is about 2 years long. Also there's other reasons you might like it such as Valentine's Day  Pancake Day. It's also national pizza day on Friday which I will gladly use as an excuse to eat too much pizza.

Pink and red because its sooo fun to mix and instantly looks like you know what you're doing. Like red boots and a pink jumper with jeans is like pressing 'auto-chic'.

Also its hella topical because pink and red are everywhere for Valentine's Day.
Bum bags are 100% essential because I've been loving seeing them everywhere atm!
Also, call me basic, but a slouchy crop jumper and a bodysuit are literally all you need this entire month. Cosy, cute, flirty, warm, the whole package.

I'm ever so slightly bored of outfit seeing the same old outfit pics, and taking them myself. I'm kind of bored of nice doorways in Chelsea. I feel like it's so saturated now its kind of lost its magic on me. But hey if you're still vibing girls in oversized jumper dresses in front of white doorways, or if that's you, that's cool too. I'm all for "you do you", but since you're in my corner of the internet now, I'm gonna say I'm bored of it and you will no longer find that here.

So I did a poll on my insta stories and apparently like 35% of people said End of the Fucking World was 'meh' BUT I actually really enjoyed watching it, so if you haven't then I'm recommending you it now. I've literally just started Altered Carbon as well and so far it's pretty cool!!

Other recent movies I've watched for the first time are The Post - enjoyed and would recommend, also great for looking like you're cultured, The Greatest Showman - okay so apparently this had mixed responses but I deffo enjoyed it (children singing, love stories, Zac Efron - what's not to love???) BUT it doesn't compare to La La Land in any way. Downsizing was something that looked quite funny in the trailer but turns out was quite boring, even if the concept is funny and quirky.

You'll be able to find my February playlist on my insta stories, but wanna mention Superorganism because can't stop listening to the 4 songs they've released and am v v excited for the rest! As well as Mine by Bazzi and the Missguided campaign song Wavey which is extremely fun to listen to while doing everyday things in a kinda sassy fashion.

My favourite snack this month are these just try them okay Graze protein cocoa bite things
Pancakes ( do you live in York?? If so, get yourself over to Double Dutch Pancake House)

totally not vibing the whole concept of playing 'devils advocate'
people who love the sound of their own voice
casual sexism
People who make fun of bloggers for asking for opportunities
People that complain about things yet do nothing to change it
Owning less than 9 pairs of sunglasses

  1. OK so I just stumbled across your blog and HOLLA it's soo refreshing to see a blogger being creative and posting photos that AREN'T posed in front of a white doorway in Chelsea. These graphic collages are incredible!! A visual feast!! So major props to you.

I'm totally into the red and pink combo too, it has this kind of retro fun and feminine vibe I just can't get enough of. AND YOUR OUTFIT WITH THE PRINTED TOP AND VINYL SKIRT. So into it!!!
